We have gone through the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Sitapur dated 30.04.2025, wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant, namely, Gaya Prasad had died around four years ago, copy of the statements of the Police personnel of the Police Station concerned is enclosed with the said report. 3. The appeal shall stand abated as the sole appellant died during the pendency of the appeal.
