Learned counsel has further apprised the Court that in the said petition, an interim order is operative. For the reasons stated in the memo of the application, the same stands allowed. Accordingly, order dated 18.02.2025 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9699/2012 is hereby recalled. The writ petition is ordered to be restored to its original number.
