This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 05.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No.04 of 2025 Under Section 77, 64(1), 316(2), 308 (2), 351 (2) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station-Dhanari, District-Sambhal. 3. Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State respondents states on instructions that after investigation, the Investigating Officer has forwarded the final report dated 17.01.2025 to the competent court and as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4.
