This application has been filed for a direction for expeditious disposal of Session Trial No.533 of 2024; State Versus Abhishek Yadav and others, arising out of Case Crime No.341 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307 and 341 IPC, Police Station-Satrikh, District-Barabanki pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Barabanki since 2024. 5. In view of the order proposed to be passed issuance of notice to the respondents no.1 to 9 is dispensed with. 6.
