[2025:RJ-JP:22220] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Contempt Petition No. 328/2025 Pratima Kumari D/o Bhagwan Das, Aged About 42 Years, R/o U.I.T. Colony, Dholabhata, Ajmer, Tehsil & Distt. Alwar ----Petitioner Versus 1. Ratan Kaur, Assistant Collector, Ajmer 2. State of Rajasthan through Tehsildar, Ajmer ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Ṃ7r. Vishvesh Gupta, Advocate HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 27/05/2025 : Petitioner has filed this contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 alleging therein that the order dated 07.11.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16898/2024 titled as Pratima Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan, has not been complied with. In the present case, a suit under Section 88 & 188 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act for declaration & permanent injunction has been filed against the State of Rajasthan by the petitioner before the Court of Assistant Collector, Ajmer on 30.10.2014, which is pending for last more than ten-years. The petitioner had approached this Court by way of filing a writ petition to get her grievances redressed. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide its order dt.07.11.2024, while disposing of the aforesaid writ petition, issued a direction to the ld. Court below to dispose of the suit in accordance with law in an expeditious manner after affording due opportunity of hearing to both sides. [2025:RJ-JP:22220] (2 of 2) [CCP-328/2025] Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order as well as the material made available on record. Perusal of impugned order dt.07.11.2024 reveals that there was no time limit fixed in the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court for disposal of the suit and no case for initiating contempt is made out. Consequently, I find no merit in this contempt petition and the same is, hereby, dismissed in limine. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. (VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI),J. ASHOK
