Even though this order was passed on 27.11.2024, till date PF is not paid to issue notice against the respondent and hence, order dated 27.11.2024 was recalled and the respondent was given liberty to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law and also given a week’s time to furnish PF to issue notice to the respondent and also made it clear that if PF is not paid within a week, the petition will be dismissed on the next date of hearing. Inspite of the said order, the counsel for the petitioner is absent today - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6532 CRL.RP No. 124 of 2024 also and not paid PF to issue notice against the respondent.
