It is contended that petitioner society although has applied for land in Mahakumbh-2025, but no land has been allotted to the petitioner. Sri Kartikeya Saran for the the respondents pointed out that land has already been allotted to the petitioner. A copy of the allotment letter has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner today in Court. Once that be so and also in view of the fact that substantial portion of Mela has already expired, we do not find any need of issuing any further direction in the matter. The writ petition, accordingly, is consigned to records.
