Geeta Tripathi Vs. Vishal Tripathi and others pending before it, expeditiously within stipulated time period as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2020, the preset petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines.
