The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue order or direction thereby commanding the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kunda, Pratapgarh to expedite the hearing of Civil Suit No.261/2022, "Brijlal Vs. Omprakash and others" which is pending since 18.04.2022 before him, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2022, the preset petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines.
