Petitioner is serving as Forest Guard at Pangi Forest Division, Purthi Forest Range, District Chamba (Tribal area). His grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the preset place of petitioner, he preferred a representation 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondents/Competent Authority seeking his transfer from the aforesaid station, however, the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. -2- 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today.
