The petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 03.03.2016, passed in SWP No. 2750/2015, whereby the writ petition was disposed of by directing the respondent to re-consider the case of the petitioner afresh in the light of latest order of the Division Bench dated 27.04.2015. 2. Statement of facts has been filed by the respondent, in which it is stated that, in pursuance to the order of this Court, they have re- considered the case of the petitioner by passing a speaking order dated 02.07.2016. 3.
