Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Judicial Magistrate First District Gonda to decide the case by the applicant in charge sheet bearing Case Crime No.447 of 2021, State Vs. Malikram @ Akhilesh, under Section 3 23, 504 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Gonda expeditiously. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to year 2021. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to decide the aforementioned case within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to decide the aforementioned Case Crime No.447 of 2021 with expedition in accordance with law.
