In terms of which, benefit on the analogy of Mohit Sharma and Anr. Vs. State of H.P. and others2 has been extended to all the petitioners except petitioners No.6 (Naresh Kumar), 11 (Ankesh Kumar), 13 (Reena Devi), 19 (Anu), 22 (Anupriya Sharma), 25 (Pravesh Kumar) and 52 (Anjna Devi). 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes 2 CWP No. 1638 of 2024, decided on 29.11.2024. - 2 - Copies of office orders passed by the respondents in case of the petitioners have also been placed on record. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that arrears due to the petitioners in terms of the aforesaid office orders shall be released by the respondents within six weeks. 3. Taking note of the aforesaid office instructions and office orders as also the submissions made by learned Additional Advocate General, this execution petition to stand disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of their surviving grievances, including against the consideration orders passed by the respondents, in accordance with law.
