The present petition has been preferred for seeking following relief:- "i) issue an order or direction commanding the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, District Kushinagar to finally dispose of the Criminal Case No. 7301 of 2003 (State Versus Mahendra and others) by day-to-day hearing which remains pending since last about 17 years." 3. In compliance to order dated 06.03.2020, a detailed explanation has been submitted by learned Judicial Magistrate, Outline Court, Kasya, District Kushinagar, which is available on records. 4. Reasons mentioned for not taking up the matter seems to be justified. 5. Learned District Judge, Kushinagar is hereby directed to transfer this matter before available concerned court with specific direction for weekly hearing so that the matter may be expedited for disposal preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6. Considering the pendency of the matter, both the parties are hereby requested to extend their full cooperation to the learned concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 7. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
