The operative portion of the said order is reproduced as under:- “ In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to accord consideration to the representations filed by the petitioner for release of admitted amount along with interest, within a period of six weeks from the date copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition, annexures and allied documents are provided to them.” 02. Compliance report stands filed, it is sated that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and upon physical verification of the work, the petitioner has been found entitled to an amount of Rs. 2,51,174/-. The claim in respect of remaining amount has been rejected by the respondents. Respondents have placed on record the Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document consideration order dated 25.03.2026. The liability which has been admitted by the respondents to the tune of Rs. 2,51,174/- is directed to be released in favour of the petitioner. 03. Respondents have complied the order dated 27.03.2024, in its letter and spirit, therefore, the contempt proceedings are closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the consideration order if he chooses so.
