Submissions have been made that as the dispute arises out of the same subject matter, both the petitions be clubbed together and be heard at one place. 3. In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed. 4. Exercising powers under Clause 14 of the United Provinces High Courts (Amalgamation) Order, 1948, Writ - A No. 1261 of 2013 is ordered to be transferred to Principal Bench at Allahabad. The same be clubbed with Writ - A No. 7031 of 2019 and be dealt with appropriately.
