Learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners submits that an award had been challenged but subsequently it came to light that there is no award, therefore, the petitioners want to withdraw this writ petition, however, if there is any right subsisting which has to be enforced he may be granted liberty to seek appropriate remedy. 4.
