The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No.20, Barabanki to decide the application for temporary injunction (Application No.6 ग 2) under order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with section 151 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No.881/2024 (Ajaj Khan Versus Shahjad & Others) expeditiously and within a reasonable period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court. "It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant temporary injunction over the land in dispute in favour of the petitioner during pendency of the application for temporary injunction (as mentioned above) in the court below." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the application for temporary injunction (Application No.6 ग 2) under order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with section 151 C.P.C. filed by the petitioner pending in Original Suit No.881/2024 (Ajaj Khan Versus Shahjad & Others) expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
