Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1. None appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application even in the revised reading of cause list. 2. The instant applicant has been filed way back in the year 2017. It appears that by efflux of time either the applicant has lost interest in the matter or the instant application has rendered infructuous, and that is why no one has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press this application. 3. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 4. However, in case the cause for filing the instant application is still surviving, the applicant will be at liberty to file restoration application in the instant matter.
