This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 22.04.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0076 of 2025, under Sections 191(2),191(3),190,109,131,333,115(2),352,351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections (3(1)(Da),3(1)(Gha),3(2)(va) and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Maheshganj, District Pratapgarh. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
