Also heard Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, Sahajahan Ali Bepari, in respect of Agomani P. S. Case No.84/2025. Page No.# 2/2 3. Police discovered some people cutting beef at a place, one person was apprehended by Police. 4. The petitioner submits that because of religious requirement, the cow was slaughter, the festival was solemnized because of a new born baby. 5. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 6. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner, Sahajahan Ali Bepari does not deserve to be detained in custody for the allegation brought against him. 7. The pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 8. It is hereby directed that in the event of arrest in connection with Agomani P. S. Case No.84/2025, the petitioner, Sahajahan Ali Bepari shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 9.
