Counsel for Petitioner :- Nishant Srivastava,Vivek Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- Govt.Advocate,Amol Kumar,Subhash Chandra Pandey Hon'ble Manoj Bajaj,J. Learned counsel for applicant(s) states that all these applications arise from a matrimonial dispute between Reeta Srivastava and her husband Pawan Srivastava and during the pendecy of the applications, the matrimonial dispute has been resolved by way of a settlement and the wife has resumed the company of her husband and the coupleis residing together. Learned counsel for applicant(s) prays yet another adjournment for placing on record the settlement between the parties. However, this Court is not inclined to keep these cases pending as the issues raised in all these separate applications on the merits either by Reeta Srivastava or her close relatives have lost significance, in view of the subsequent development of compromise. Thus, all these applications are disposed of as infructuous. However, a liberty is granted to the applicant(s) to file a petition for quashing of the cases on the strength of the compromise.
