No. 1 to expeditiously decide the application dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure No.A-3) filed in Regular Suit No 1085/2024 Annu Sharma Vs Ramprasad Sharma & others pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge Lucknow (S.D.), Lucknow/ Opp. Party No. 01 within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court for the ends of justice.
