The I.A. is accordingly disposed of. RVWPET No.37 of 2025 1. In this RVWPET, the Petitioner seeks review of the judgment dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3885 of 2024. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is a society under the Multi-State Cooperative Society Act, 2002 which expressly bars the State Government from exercising any power in relation to a National Cooperative Society. Hence, he submits that the order dated 06.05.2023 of the Registrar Cooperative Society was wholly without jurisdiction. Moreover, the Petitioner cannot prefer appeal against the said order under the provisions of the Orissa Cooperative Society Act, 1962. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the view that the learned counsel for the Petitioner has failed to make out a case for reviewing of the order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3885 of 2024, as this Court had not passed any substantive order, it has only been relegated to the State Co-operative Tribunal. However, if the Petitioner has any grievance, the Petitioner is free to pursue his remedy before the said Tribunal. 4. Accordingly, the RVWPET is dismissed. ( Dr. S.K.
