Quashing of an order dated 21.12.2021 has been sought herein whereby the learned Special Court (PC Act) CBI-18, Rouse Avenue District Courts, New Delhi accorded concession of bail to the respondent who at the relevant time was an undertrial in criminal proceedings arising out of an FIR No. RC BD1/2019/E/0006 dated 17.08.2019. 2. It transpires that the respondent was subsequently discharged by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 24.07.2025. Thus, his bail bonds and surety stood discharged. 3.
