Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent no.2/Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the Appeal No.2537 of 2022-23 (Manish and Others vs. Abhishek Kumar and Others), under Section 11(1) of the U.P. C.H. Act, within the stipulated period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pending appeal has been decided by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, as such, petition has become infructuous. 4. In view of the statement of the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
