Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nitin Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. 2. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that in the National Lok Adalat, the disputes were settled and the amount was crystalized to be paid within a period of 90 days. The amount crystalized was Rs. 3,32,000/-. However, the petitioner could not pay the amount within time as prescribed. As such, he wants extension of time to deposit the said amount. 3. Considering the fact that an order was passed by the National Lok Adalat, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner, if so advised, to move an application before the National Lok Adalat for extension of time, which shall be considered once again in the next National Lok Adalat whenever it is proposed to be held and efforts will be made to amicably settle the dispute between the parties.
