Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs: " (i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI thereby quashing the impugned order dated 22.04.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Ayodhya so far it relates to the Gram Panchayat Saroorpur, Block and Tehsil Milkipur, district Ayodhya for declaring the same as reserved for other backward category, contained as Annexure no. 1 to the Writ Petition. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite Parties declare the reservation of the Gram Panchayat Saroorpur, Block and Tehsil Milkipur, district Ayodhya under the unreserved category for the allotment of the Fair Price Shop." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to represent the matter before the respondent no. 2. 4. Considering the said statement, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing his representation. In case, such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with Government Order pertaining to reservation and in accordance with law preferably, within a period of six weeks.
