This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Doboka P. S. Case No. 88/2025 registered under Sections 318(4)/64 of BNS, 2023. 3. Case Diary received. Perused the same. 4. It is submitted by Mr. Thakur that after obtaining the order of pre-arrest bail on 13.06.2025 the petitioner appeared before the I/O and cooperated in investigation and his statement is also recorded u/s 183 BNSS. He is further ready and willing to cooperate with the I/O in further investigation of the case, if he is granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail. 5. Ms. N. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted in this regard that the petitioner is cooperating in investigation of this case and his statement is also recorded u/s 183 BNSS. 6. Considering this aspect of the case and the conduct of the petitioner, I find that custodial interrogation may not be required for the interest of investigation. 7. Accordingly, the order of interim pre-arrest bail dated 13.06.2025 is hereby made absolute with same terms and conditions. 8.
