In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to pay the deducted security amount of Rs. 1,45,352/- and the extension amount of Rs.3,10,469/- to the petitioner for construction of building of Health Sub-Centre, Mohiuddin Nagar, Block Nala, District- Jamtara. It appears from the order dated 05.05.2025 that the security amount was already paid to the writ petitioner. So far as the payment with respect to the time extension, Mr. Prabhat Kumar, learned S.C.-II while referring to the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.12, submits that the said amount has also been paid to the petitioner. In view of the statement made in the affidavit on the record, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of.
