Now, there is a land adjacent to it which they want to purchase from Awas Vikas Praishad. An application has been submitted to opposite party nos.3 and 7. 3. Let opposite party no.3 look into the matter, get the facts verified and take a decision on the application of the petitioner at the earliest or if any other authority is required to take the decision then to issue necessary direction in this regard so that a decision is taken in the matter positively within two months. While taking the decision, the recommendations, if any, in this regard, by the concerned authorities shall also be taken into consideration apart from such other factors as are relevant and permissible in law. 4.
