JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN ----------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Niranjan Kumar, Advocate For the Respondents : Mr. Amit Kr. Das, Advocate Ms. Aprajita Sinha, Advocate ---------- 09/ 12.06.2025 The instant writ application has been preferred by the Petitioner for quashing the order dated 24.02.2020 (Annexure-4/1), passed by the 3rd Respondent, whereby the petitioner has been dismissed. Petitioner has also assailed the order of Appellate Authority dated 03/04.04.2020 (Annexure-5), passed by the 4th Respondent, whereby Appellate Authority dismissed the appeal of the Petitioner. 2. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that neither there are any procedural irregularities; nor there is any perversity in the order. The crux of the case is that Petitioner had obtained this job by submitting forged certificates, for which a criminal case has also been lodged and learned counsel for the Petitioner is unable to inform the stage of the case. 2025:JHHC:15180 2 3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case that fraud vitiates everything and there are no procedural irregularities in the departmental proceedings; nor there is any perversity in the impugned orders, inasmuch as, the same are reasoned and speaking orders, as such no relief can be granted to the Petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ application stands dismissed. (Deepak Roshan, J.) kunal/-
