Learned counsel for the respondents states that this matter has already been transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal, wherein the same had been dismissed for non-prosecution. 3. In view of the statement made by the leaned counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition, being an outcome of a writ petition which is stated to have been dismissed, is also dismissed. 4.
