Petitioners' claim for constructions of Toilets, 9 houses and other public utility services in different Gaon Sabha can always be examined by the 4th respondent at the first instance. 2. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioners to represent their grievance before the 4th respondent annexing all materials in support of such claims together with a copy of this order within two weeks. Such claim of the petitioners shall be examined by the 4th respondent and any admitted dues, which are found payable, shall be released to the petitioner within a period of three months. Claims which are not admitted and are disputed shall be intimated to the petitioners. 3. We make it clear that we have not adjudicated the petitioners' entitlement and all such issues are left open for examination at the level of 4th respondents. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
