Court No. - 4 Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 1586 of 2023 Applicant :- Smt. Maya Opposite Party :- Indrajeet Singh, Nagar Ayukt (Municipal Commissioner), Nagar Nigam, Lko. Counsel for Applicant :- Arvind Kumar Vishwakarma Counsel for Opposite Party :- Krishna Kumar Pandey Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. There is consensus among learned counsel for the parties that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with. The only dispute raised by learned counsel for the applicant is that the TDS has been deducted in the payment of arrears of family pension but it has not been deducted in other cases. However, the writ court had only directed to decide the representation, therefore once it has been decided, substantial compliance has been made and the grievance of discrimination as alleged by the applicant cannot be looked into this contempt application, particularly when, the deduction has been made as per law as alleged by the respondent. In view of above, this application has lost its efficacy. Dismissed accordingly. Notices are hereby discharged.
