The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue an order, or direction in the exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction directing the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), South, Lucknow to expeditiously decide the application under Sec.151 CPC, bearing paper no. C-31 pending in Regular Suit No. 3299 of 2022 (Chand Ali Siddiqui v. Smt. Manjula Mehta) in accordance to law as expeditiously as possible." 3. Considering the fact that the application is pending, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the application under Sec.151 CPC, bearing paper no.
