Admittedly, the petitioner was transferred mutually as per the list dated 19.06.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition. Her transfer was made from District- Lakhimpur to District- Bahraich and in turn some other teacher has been transferred from District- Bahraich to District- Lakhimpur. The petitioner has joined and now prays for quashing of the circular dated 19.06.2024 with regard to mutual transfer. 3. Once the petitioner has joined unconditionally and there is nothing on record to indicate that the joining of the petitioner was under protest consequently, no case for interference is made out. 4.
