Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.5 in Crime No.410 of 2024 of Rajanagaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(A) read with 20(b)(ii)(B), 27(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 34(a) of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968. 3. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.5 in the crime solely based on the confession statement of the other accused. 4. Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the criminal petition. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all these grounds before the appropriate Court. 6.
