Heard Mr. A. T. Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. Both these applications are filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Special Case No.34/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge (Additional), Dhubri. 3. The Police has field the Charge-Sheet under different provisions of NDPS Act. The Trial Court is yet to frame charges and to examine witnesses. The petitioners are at liberty to pray for discharge before the Trial Court. 4. This Court is of the opinion that at this stage, both the bail application stands found to be devoid of merit and stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
