Heard Sri Malik Meraj Ahmad, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Diwakar Singh, the learned A.G.A for the State and Sri Jai Vardhan Srivastava, the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. 2. The instant application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the applicant has sought quashing of the charge sheet dated 27.06.2024, the summoning order dated 05.10.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate arising out of Case Crime No. 120 of 2024, under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C, Police Station Khodarey, District Gonda as well as the entire proceedings of Case no.32115 of 2024. 3. The quashing of the proceedings has been sought on the ground that the parties have entered into a compromise on 08.05.2025, a copy whereof has been annexed with the affidavit. 4. On 27.05.2025, this Court has directed the trial court to verify the compromise. The compromise has been verified by means of an order dated 17.06.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate- Ist, Gonda. It is stated in the compromise that the parties are related to each other and the opposite party no.2 does not want any further proceedings against the applicant. 5. The learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 has supported the prayer made by the applicant and has given his consent for proceedings being quashed on the basis of compromise. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the charge sheet dated 27.06.2024, the summoning order dated 05.10.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate arising out of Case Crime No. 120 of 2024, under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C, Police Station- Khodarey, District Gonda as well as the entire proceedings of Case no.32115 of 2024 are hereby quashed. .
