Verma, learned counsel for the opposite parties raised preliminary objection and submitted that the wrong decription is given in the array of opposite parties but notice was accepted by him under the order of this Court. He further submitted that notices was issued on 02.04.2025, thereafter, in accordance with the statutory provisions, closure order was passed on 21.05.2025, therefore, the present application has lost its efficacy and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the submission of counsel for the opposite parties, order of Writ Court as well as contents of present application, it is evident that the order of Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties. 5.
