The sum and substance of the writ petitioner is that to continue his services up to 60 years. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Venkata Rama Sarma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Smt.M.Shalini, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that consequent to the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner’s services were extended and he retired from service on 30.06.2016 and thereafter, he received all retirement benefits and gratuity from the concerned respondent-authorities. 4. In view of the joint submission made by both the counsel, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this writ petition. 4 5. By recording the submission made by both the counsel, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
