Nellore District for the offence punishable under Section 34(a)(1)(i) of A.P. Excise Act, 1968. 2. Sri T.Nagarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent of the offence and they have nothing to do 2 with the offence and the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners. 3. Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent is in attendance and would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all their contentions in their defence before the trial Court.
