This Court on 04.08.2025 had recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the State that the order passed by the writ court would be complied with before the next date. 3. In furtherance thereof, an affidavit of compliance has been filed wherein it has been indicated that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with and the necessary financial ACP which was to be paid to the petitioner has been done. 4. From the perusal of the aforesaid affidavit of service, this Court is satisfied that the order passed by the writ court stands complied with and there is nothing requires further adjudication. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
