By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following main relief :- "(I). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the illegal appointment of opposite party no. 8 on the post of lecturer in sanskrit way of direct recruitment on post of promotion quota after summoning the original form the opposite parties and further directing the opposite party no. 1 to 5 not not to take work from him and not to pay any salary and initiate proceedings for recovery of salary." It appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter to pursue the case as such this petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition being infructuous is consigned to record. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
