Present application has been filed with the prayer to summon and prosecute the opposite parties for willful and deliberate defiance of order dated 22.09.2020 passed in Contempt Application No.866/2020; Pawan Kumar Pandey Vs. Roopesh Kumar, DM, Pratapgarh and Ors. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that contempt application no.866/2020 was disposed of on 22.09.2020 with the observation that application preferred by the applicant before the SDM, Patti, Pratapgarh be decided within a period of six months from the date of order but the aforesaid order was not complied with, as a result, the present application has been filed. 4. Shri Shiv Prasad Kushwaha, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instruction duly signed by opposite party no.1- Dhirendra Pratap Singh, S.D.M., Patti, Pratapgarh, submits that the decision on the application of applicant has already been taken on 14.09.2021. Therefore, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties. 5. Considering the submission of counsel for the parties, order of Writ Court, contents of application as well as order dated 14.09.2021, it is evident that application of the applicant has already been decided vide order dated 14.09.2024, therefore, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties. 6.
