GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE The Court made the following: ORDER Heard Sri Satya Prasad Kola, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare for the Respondents. 2. The writ petition is filed impugning the order dated 03.04.2024 in C.M.A.No.52 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Agent to Government, Rampachodavarm, Alluri Seetharama Raju District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a statutory revision against the order dated 03.04.2024 in C.M.A.No.52 of 2014 before the 1st respondent in January, 2025, however, the said revision is not disposed of and urged to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the revision. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare endorses the pendency of the revision before the 1st respondent. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the learned 1st respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner against the order dated 03.04.2024 in C.M.A.No.52 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Agent to Government, Rampachodavarm, Alluri Seetharama Raju District strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
