This Court is of the considered view that as the State Information Commission is neither a Court nor a Tribunal, therefore, this Court cannot exercise its power of superintendence under Article 227 of the Constitution of India on an order passed said statutory body. 2 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.
