The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned civil judge (Junior Division) Purwa, Distt. Unnao to decide the civil suit no. 306/2020, Smt. Rameshwari Vs. Babu Lal expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2020, the preset petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application highlighting the age of the defendant. In case such an application is filed, the benefit granted to the Senior Citizens in terms of the administrative circular shall be considered by the court concerned for expediting the matter.
