At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that this Petition itself is misconceived, as the petitioners were duly communicated vide order dated 06.02.2023 that HSCL has already taken a conscious decision in compliance of the order dated 20/9.06.2022 passed by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi in WP(S) No.5281/2016 and other connected matters and this matter is similar to the Writ Petition filed before this Court in WP(S) No.3466/2016. 2. Replying to the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a Contempt Petition has also been preferred before the High Court of Jharkhand vide Contempt Case (Civil) No.718/2022 and other connected matters whereby, on the ground that a reasoned order has already been passed and the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law, the Contempt Petition was closed, therefore, this Petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid development. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and particularly considering that a decision has already been taken by the respondent authorities, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law. 4 4.
